Winter Work-Outs
We continue to have great turn-out for our Sunday night workouts. We will be following this workout schedule for the sessions. 10 year olds will be 6:30-7:15, 11-13 year olds from 7:30-8:15 and 14-15 year olds from 8:30-9:15. We will be working on hitting, pitching and catching. If you have questions please contact us. Coaches you are welcome to observe the coaches working with pitchers and hitters.
Everyday we would like to see the kids doing 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups and 15 pull-ups. I realize some of the kids are too weak to get this many at once, start with 25 and work your way up. There is no replacement for strength in athletics.
