Issue and Conflict Resolution in CG Baseball
This form has been designed to help us thoroughly handle legitimate concerns amongst our membership. It is designed to be used for any concern. We are working to provide accurate communication and resolution of issues arising in our organization. It is our hope that this will also help alleviate as much hearsay as possible. Please fill out the first page of this form and submit it to a board member. Please note that once a board member receives the concern all parties involved will be contacted to understand the concern completely, and to discuss a resolution. Your name will be kept in confidence unless otherwise agreed.
